Maggie joined Empire in March 2022 as Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management. With prior HR experience at major companies like Revlon, FINRA, and Credit Agricole, Maggie brings a wealth of knowledge and a developed skillset to the leadership team. Since joining, Maggie has made an immediate impact and assists with launching company initiatives, focusing on employee wellbeing, organizing local community efforts, and enhancing workplace culture. In her role, Maggie is responsible for Empire’s people and talent strategy, recruiting and guiding new employees through the onboarding & performance management processes.
