This year’s Salone del Mobile theme, Thought For Humans, emphasized the idea that the future of design is rooted in empathy, well-being, and sustainability, not just aesthetics. Our first-ever Salone Trend Report focuses on the key micro and macro trends, from warm, nature-inspired tones and curved silhouettes to glossy finishes that evoke openness and flow. We also saw modular pieces that encourage connection, lighting used as both function and art, and transparency regarding sustainability.
