This multinational financial services company partnered with Empire Office on the relocation of their Houston, TX office. Located in a landmark building in heart of downtown Houston, this office drew on the guiding design principles developed by its design firm, HOK. We worked closely with all parties to procure, deliver and install the project on a compressed schedule while achieving a 20% cost savings for the client through the strategic value-engineering of the furniture package. The resulting space promotes the client’s brand, ties into the local community in which the office resides and provides choice and variety of space for the employees.
