Susie has been in the industry for over 27 years and has been with Empire Office for the last 24. Susie utilizes the skills she has cultivated over the years to provide efficient and effective service to all the accounts she works on. Susie oversees all aspects of the procurement of furniture for her projects and provides recommendations for space planning, specification and finishes. She manages the project team, directing the project sales assistants to guarantee a flawless quotation and order process. She also coordinates with the project manager the logistics of delivery and installation, while constantly communicating with the client the entire process to ensure satisfaction.
