Empire proudly partnered with Gensler and G&T on the 13-floor headquarters of this prestigious law firm located in a LEED Gold building in NYC’s Hudson Yards district. Home to more than 600 lawyers, this Class A office features enhanced amenities such as floor-by-floor pantries and eating areas, a library and reading room, flexible collaboration spaces, a reception and conference center floor, a wellness suite, and various mother’s rooms. Empire sourced furniture from over 40 manufacturers, including Geiger, Bernhardt, HBF, Martin Brattrud, Wilkhahn, Wall Goldfinger, and Minotti, as well as custom-made pieces such as large-scale Hale bookcases, a 15’ butterflied reverse live edge Urban Hardwood table and Beachley banquettes which were crafted with casters to be moveable and reconfigurable.

As the firm’s largest office worldwide, the space boasts 792 Halcon private offices and 372 Steelcase workstations. The Empire team dedicated to this large-scale project successfully worked with the client throughout its entirety, from mock-up, finish sample approval, and chair fair through multiple delivery phases and punchlist.

Together with Newmark and ASD l SKY, we created a beautiful space for the flagship Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips. This prestigious law firm wanted to bring its updated furniture standards to life within its workspace, setting the blueprint for its other locations nationwide.

Steelcase Elective Elements, Currency and Ology private offices, and Answer Beam with Migration workstations form the foundation that seamlessly blends with ancillary furniture from OFS, National, Blu Dot, and West Elm, as well as a custom reception desk and a 240-inch Corian conference table.

To meet the needs of a post-pandemic workplace, we helped Fisher Phillips make certain adjustments to their workspace plan. A previously slated research room became a Zoom Room for hybrid collaboration, and interactive video conferencing technology was installed to accommodate both virtual and physical depositions. The space also boasts open collaboration areas as well as flex offices to accommodate a variety of needs.

Empire Office partnered with Design Firm ASD | SKY to design an open and collaborative space, in a mixed-use building as part of the revitalization of Colony Square. Located in downtown Atlanta, the international client envisioned a space that would reflect its commitment to public service. The open floor plan provides ample meeting space, which leads to a stunning outdoor terrace overlooking Peachtree Street. A world-class amenity space complete with a full catering kitchen and serving area complements the interior workspace furnished with high-end private offices and workstations. The newly renovated building encompasses over six floors and 115,000 square feet of space and features products from over 20 different manufacturers. Both teams worked closely to provide design, refurbishing, and installation services, resulting in a beautiful new development.

Miami-based personal injury law firm, Ratzan Weissman & Boldt recently moved into a brand new Class A building in the heart of the lively and colorful Coconut Grove neighborhood. MKDA, the design firm behind the relocation, teamed up with Empire Office to create an environment that reflected the trends of the modern-day law firm office —promoting a comfortable and inviting resimercial design throughout the space with a focus on employee wellbeing to retain top talent. Empire procured ancillary furniture pieces from Halcon, Verpan, OFS, Coalesse, D Vita, and Sandler, as well as casegoods and workstations in a contrasting black and white color palette as chosen by the client and design firm. Since the project’s furniture was ordered and installed during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Empire provided multiple reconfigurations of existing furniture and workstations to accommodate for the delays and long lead times.

Empire worked closely with the team at Kasowitz along with a number of manufacturers over the staged, two-and-a-half-year project encompassing five floors and 173,000 square feet in Midtown Manhattan. Once completed, the firm’s New York headquarters featured all new partner and associate offices, administrative work spaces and conference areas, along with beautiful glass walls and an elegant ancillary package. Due to the success of this project, Empire has also had the opportunity to work on projects for the firm’s locations in Los Angeles, Houston and Washington DC providing a convenient, consistent source and single point of contact.

Empire Office and Gensler partnered to bring Greenberg Traurig this stunning updated office. In relocating its Tampa office, this international law firm was looking for a workplace that reflected its progressive nature. The area features flexible conference areas and glass-front private offices. A café and a law library with comfortable yet elegant materials for seating encourage client meetings, interaction and socializing.
