As Director of Design in Tampa, she has the rare ability to understand the various layers that exist within a single opportunity, resulting in architecture that is truly multidimensional. Nicole has been with Empire Office for 6 years, and she has obtained her NCIDQ (National Interior Design Qualification) certification and is a Florida State licensed Interior Designer (ID 6301). She engages clients and the larger design community leading with the belief that great design can make a difference and every project brings the potential for positive change. She is inspired by clients who are willing to engage in a process of mutual discovery, who challenge us to think deeply and solve problems in a manner that is delightful and rewarding.
