Carrie joined the team in December 2012 with the acquisition of Storr Office Environments as a Customer Service Representative. She was promoted to Director of RFP Process in September 2022 and quickly made a mark by leading the team with clarity and purpose, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the efficiency of our RFP process and strategies. With a client-first mindset and strong strategic acumen, she has not only elevated how we approach proposals but has also built stronger internal partnerships and driven alignment across departments. As VP of Account Management, she leads our client engagement efforts with a focus on proactive strategy, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional value throughout the client lifecycle.
