With a focus on creating a dynamic and efficient environment for this new HQ, Empire worked with long-standing partner and design firm M Moser Associates to transform over 30,000 square feet of interior and exterior workspace for the notable non-profit organization, Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC).

From navigating budget constraints to meeting the diverse needs of the global provider for educational, social, and community services, Empire selected high-quality, cost-effective products that balanced comfort, durability, and value. Designed with flexibility at the forefront, the two-story renovation now boasts employee amenities including a fully equipped café, outdoor patio, and multi-purpose rooms.

Our team took on the opportunity to find furniture solutions that met CPC’s needs without sacrificing quality. Empire sourced Narbutas workstations and offices as a value-engineered solution, ensuring productivity and privacy while maintaining costs and time. To combat the sterility of traditional corporate spaces, M Moser introduced vibrant accents of color, texture, and murals, transforming visitor and lounging spaces into inviting areas for community engagement and conversation.
