With over 25 years of experience working on both the dealer and manufacturer sides of the industry, Jocelyn brings a wealth of product and industry knowledge to the Empire Office executive management team. Jocelyn joined Empire in 2009 as a sales leader in NY and throughout her very successful career has taken on additional roles and responsibilities related to New Business Development, Strategy and Marketing. As COO, Jocelyn oversees corporate strategy, new business development initiatives, and the Creative Studio, Design, RFP and Marketing departments, as well as key strategic accounts for the company. Her forward-thinking vision enables her to recognize emerging trends in the industry and apply them to client projects, key accounts and long-term company goals.
