Logistic Services is a division of Empire Office specializing in corporate and branch office construction, and maintenance services for clients across the country.
Our construction and facilities maintenance program gives our clients a simplified, centralized way to contact a number of tradesmen for any repair or construction issue.
We successfully leverage our relationships with specific trades in the marketplace to build a network of partners dedicated to servicing our customers’ needs anywhere in the country including plumbers, glaziers, roofers, electricians, carpet/floor tradesmen, locksmiths, painters, ceiling tile tradesmen and concrete tradesmen.
For projects in the New York area, we have the ability to respond on-site within 24 hours and in certain cases the same day. Our average turnaround time on work requests is 1 week (depending on the scope of work).
With on-site foreman supervisors and dedicated project managers, we track all requests and can provide status updates on-demand.
JobTrax is our proprietary, custom-built reporting system that allows us to track work order requests, manage the workloads of our tradesmen, report and control costs and create history reports for analysis.
